Whether parallel parking or sliding into a diagonal spot, the Remote Smart Parking Assist 2 will handle everything. You can use the park assist feature inside the cabin or step outside and operate the controls with your smart key.

How Do I Use Kia Remote Smart Parking Assist 2?

• Approach your parking space and press the brakes.
• Shift the vehicle into Drive and press the Parking View button to activate smart parking.
• Slowly move toward the parking space while staying closer to the parking lines.
• Watch for the parking space to appear on the display screen.
• Press the brake and select the parking type from the screen—perpendicular, parallel, or diagonal.
• Select Smart Parking if you want to stay in the car or Remote Parking if you plan to get out first.
• For Smart Parking, press and hold the Parking View button and release the brake. 
• For Remote Parking, put the car into P and exit with your smart key. Press and hold forward or reverse.
• The park assist technology will take over, engaging the Electronic Park Brake when finished.
