This dealer gave me an OTD price before coming here and mostly stuck to it. Something simple like that got my business. The other Kia dealers just wouldn't and wanted me to come in and gave me the run around through text for days. Good experience here! No complaints. I was seen quickly and the sales person, Oswaldo, was very transparent with what he was doing, where he was going, what any wait time would be, and if there was a wait, he spent that time doing things like setting up the app and such that would speed up the process of getting me out of there. The finance guy did do the typical offering of extra services but they weren't anything crazy or without value and there wasn't any serious pushback to services I declined which I appreciated. With knowing the car I wanted and having filled out the credit app ahead of time, it took me 3-4 hours which is actually not bad!

Process was fast and easy from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with had a friendly and professional demeanor. Great experience here!
